Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. However we are unable to accept the return of any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

If you would like to return your item please notify us within 15 days of the date of your purchase. You must send it back within a further 15 days. Unfortunately Fornessi is not able to cover your shipping costs upon return.

Please contact us at info@fornessi.com prior to sending your parcel so that we can take you though our returns process. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that you attach your name and your order number with the return item, as we are unable to process any items without it. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This is decided on individual basis.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
